At ULTEH, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

This page allows you to understand what data we collect, how we use it, and how to permanently delete it from our systems.

What Data Do We Store?

When you use ULTEH to connect your messaging platforms, we collect and store the following types of information:

Account Information

Email address (used for login and account recovery)
Display name (optional, for personalization)
Account creation date and last login timestamp
Subscription plan and billing information

Facebook Messenger Data

When you connect your Facebook Page to ULTEH:

Facebook Page ID and name
Page access token (encrypted for security)
Page profile picture URL
Messages sent to your Page by users
Message timestamps and sender identifiers (PSIDs)
Webhook logs for debugging purposes

WhatsApp Business Data

When you connect your WhatsApp Business account to ULTEH:

WhatsApp Business Account ID
Phone number ID and display name
Access tokens (encrypted for security)
Messages exchanged with your customers
Message delivery status and timestamps
Webhook event logs

Instagram Direct Messages Data

When you connect your Instagram Business account to ULTEH:

Instagram Account ID and username
Connected Facebook Page information
Access tokens (encrypted for security)
Instagram Direct Messages sent to your account
Sender information and message timestamps
Webhook event logs for message delivery

Chatbot & Training Data

AI chatbot configurations and settings
Training data (documents, files, URLs you uploaded)
Conversation logs and chat history
Chatbot performance analytics

How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

Providing AI chatbot services to respond to messages on your behalf
Maintaining secure connections to Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram platforms
Debugging and improving service reliability through webhook logs
Analyzing chatbot performance to improve response quality
Billing and subscription management

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services:

Active account data: Retained while your account is active
Conversation logs: Retained for service improvement and debugging
Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by law
Access tokens: Automatically expire and are refreshed periodically

How to Delete Your Data

You have two options to delete your data from ULTEH:

Option 1: Disconnect Individual Platforms

You can selectively disconnect platforms without deleting your account:

Go to your chatbot deployment page (Messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram)
Click the "Disconnect" button next to the connected account
This will remove the platform connection and delete associated webhook logs

Option 2: Delete Your Entire Account

To permanently delete ALL your data, including all platform connections, chatbots, and conversation history, use the "Delete Account" button below. This action is irreversible.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

All Facebook Messenger connections - Page tokens, webhook logs, and messages
All WhatsApp Business connections - Phone numbers, access tokens, webhook logs, and messages
All Instagram connections - Account info, access tokens, webhook logs, and direct messages
All chatbots - Configurations, training data, and conversation logs
Your account information - Email, name, and preferences
Subscription data - Plan details and usage statistics

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please download any important data before proceeding.

Data Deletion Request
